BELGRADE Inspectors of the Interior Ministry (MUP) have taken over an investigation into abuses in the Galenika pharmaceutical company. They will be checking documentation about the company's business proceedings, loans, advances, contracts with suppliers, and track possible intermediary commissions as of Tuesday. The Belgrade-based daily Blic said that the case, along with all the evidence, was forwarded to the prosecutor's office for organized crime in late 2012. According to the newspaper, Ognjenovic is the key suspect. In the meantime, the MUP working group opened the Agrobanka case, revealing direct connections between Galenika and the Habitfarm company, whose owner Radoslav Sekulic was arrested.
