Indictment against ex minister returned to prosecutor The court ordered the prosecutor's office to do an expert analysis of the amount of property gain Dulic acquired and to translate evidence from Slovenia into Serbian, Tanjug learned at the prosecutor's office. The court also wants the documents concerning the authority of Dulic, his associate in the Ministry for Spatial Planning, Environment and Mining at the time Nebojsa Janjic and head of Putevi Srbija (Roads of Serbia) public company Zoran Drobnjak. A proposal indictment was first raised against Dulic in mid-October, but after the investigation was expanded, the prosecutor's office acquired new evidence and raised an indictment two weeks later, bringing up Dulic, Janjic and Drobnjak on charges of abuse of office, which could result in a maximum of 12 years in prison. The three are accused of illegally issuing the necessary papers and permits to Nuba Invest from Belgrade to construct an optical network, ignoring the warnings from some employees at the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and Putevi Srbije that the requirements for the work had not been met. The parliament revoked Dulic's immunity on October 8. He later quit as the opposition Democratic Party (DS) member of the Serbian parliament. (Tanjug, file) Tanjug
