NOVI PAZAR I.S. of Novi Pazar has been arrested for taking down a Serbian flag from a flagpole holder in front of the Red Cross office and torched it. The suspect also took down the Red Cross flag and stuck into the ground. The police added that charges were filed against the suspect and that he was taken to an investigative judge of the Higher Court in Novi Pazar.
