Prosecutor for Organized Crime Miljko Radisavljevic told Tanjug earlier that the prosecutor's office submitted to the High Court in Belgrade an indictment proposal over charges of abuse of official position against Dulic on Friday. Radisavljevic said the proposal also includes indictments against Dulic's former assistant Nebojsa Janjic and Director of the public enterprise Putevi Srbije Zoran Drobnjak. They are charged with committing the mildest form of abuse of official position, which entails a sentence of at least six months or up to five years in prison.
