Two ethnic Albanians have been placed under arrest today on suspicion that they committed war crimes against civilians. The arrest was carried out by EULEX and Kosovo police, KPS, in the area of the town of Prizren. K. Albanians arrested for war crimes The charges against them include "intimidation and terror, displacement and movement of civilians" in the Orhahovac area, and cover the period between July 17-19, 1998, before the war in Kosovo. The identity and ethnicity of the victims of the alleged crimes has not been revealed. EULEX did say that the investigation was monitored by its prosecutor with the Kosovo Special Prosecution.
