The War Crimes Prosecution has announced that a former member of a paramilitary unit was arrested and remanded in 48-hour police custody. The prosecution believes that the suspect, identified as A.S. committed a war crime against ethnic Albanian civilians on May 14, 1999 in the village of Cuska in Kosovo.
