The leader of a neo-Nazi group has been extradited to Serbia from Germany today, it has been confirmed. The Belgrade Interpol office issued an arrest warrant for Goran Davidovic so he could serve the one-year prison sentence handed down to him in June 2008 for inciting ethnic, racial and religious hatred and intolerance. Neo-Nazi extradited from Germany He was arrested in April 2009 in Italy, but he was temporarily released in June pending the Court of Appeal’s final decision about his extradition to Serbia. Davidovic then escaped to Germany where he was arrested in Bavaria in February 2010. Davidovic was convicted for violently interrupting an anti-fascist forum in Novi Sad, when he and a group from his Nacionalni Stroj neo-Nazi group assaulted and insulting participants. He was arrested in April 2009 in Italy, but he was temporarily released in June pending the Court of Appeal’s final decision about his extradition to Serbia.Davidović then escaped to Germany where he was arrested in Bavaria in February 2010.
