One person suffered minor injuries in a fight that broke out yesterday in the Brdjani settlement in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica. This is according to the Kosovo police, KPS, official in the area, Ergin Medic. New incidents in northern K. Mitrovica He told Tanjug that the incident occurred on Monday around 14:00 CET when the workers of a company from the southern, ethnic Albanian part of Kosovska Mitrovica came to that settlement in order to connect their newly built houses to the water supply network. "A certain number of persons gathered and assaulted the workers. In the incident, one worker suffered mild injuries, and the vehicle with which the workers had arrived was torched," said Medic. Brdjani was on several occasions last year the scene of ethnic tension. No one was injured in yet another explosion which occurred in the yard of the family home of a person identified as M.F., in the Mikronaselje settlement, it was also reported from Kosovska Mitrovica.
