Azem Syla, a member of the Hashim Thaci-led Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), has filed charges against Nazim Blaca. Syla is a former high ranking member of the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). Thaci party member sues Blaca Himself a former member of KLA and of the illegal Kosovo Security Service (SHIK), Blaca accused Syla of being one of the persons who ordered murders and intimidation of Thaci's political opponents in Kosovo. Blaca was arrested by EULEX on murder and organized crime charges. SHIK members are accused of committing a series of political murders in Kosovo in the wake of the 1999 war. According to these allegations, a group of executors controlled by Thaci's party was tasked with eliminating Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) officials. Thaci party member sues Blaca

Himself a former member of KLA and of the illegal Kosovo Security Service (SHIK), Blaca accused Syla of being one of the persons who ordered murders and intimidation of Thaci's political opponents in Kosovo.
