Bosnia wants Dobrovoljačka Street case

Bosnian JM Barisa Colak says that the “Dobrovoljacka Street” case should be transferred to Bosnia-Herzegovina in line with the pertinent European convention. Speaking to daily Nezavisne Novine, Colak also announced the possibility of concluding an agreement with the Serbian Justice Ministry on conducting judicial proceedings. Such an agreement, he said, would prevent future parallel trials.
