Bosnian JM Barisa Colak says that the “Dobrovoljacka Street” case should be transferred to Bosnia-Herzegovina in line with the pertinent European convention. Speaking to daily Nezavisne Novine, Colak also announced the possibility of concluding an agreement with the Serbian Justice Ministry on conducting judicial proceedings. Such an agreement, he said, would prevent future parallel trials. Bosnia wants Dobrovoljacka Street case The Serbian judiciary has launched an investigation against 16 Bosnian nationals, with a view to establishing responsibility for the murders and woundings of Yugoslav Army regulars pulling out of Sarajevo in May 1992. Interpol warrants were delivered to the Bosnian Security Ministry last week.
