The Hague Tribunal prosecution will not be lodging an appeal in the case of former Serbian President Milan Milutinovic, says daily Novosti. This was confirmed to the daily by Tribunal spokeswoman Olga Kavran, who said that after studying the first-instance ruling in detail regarding Milutinovic’s individual criminal responsibility, the prosecution had concluded that it would stand little chance in an appeal.
