Ivanisevic said that the documents found in the New Belgrade apartment were photocopies of the those that were already in possession of the Hague Tribunal. The lawyer told journalists in front of Belgrade’s Special Court that today he consulted Karadzic about the defense tactics, and said that the former president of the Republic of Srpska presented him with his concept.

Lawyers for the war crimes suspect Radovan Karadžić say that one of the top Hague fugitives anonymously delivered documents to Milošević’s legal team during his trial.
