B92 understands that the Hague has served a new summons to Gen. Aleksandar Dimitrijevic in the trial against ex-Serbian President Milan Milutinovic and others for July 8. The Tribunal wants the Serbian authorities to provide help with serving this summons, and B92 sources claim that the authorities will do everything they can. New Hague summons for general Dimitrijevic’s testimony was the very reason Hague Tribunal President Fausto Pocar sent a letter to the UN Security Council on the subject of Serbia’s lack of cooperation with the court. Head of the National Council for Hague Cooperation Rasim Ljajic refuted those claims, and added that Serbia had done everything that the Tribunal had asked for with regards to Dimitrijevic.
