Four trials continue at Hague

After a one-week recess, two trials continue today. Seven Bosnian Serb military and police officers charged with genocide and other crimes in Srebrenica and Žepa will return to the courtroom as will the six former Serbian officials accused of crimes against humanity in Kosovo. The prosecution is presenting its case at both trials.

The prosecution continues its case at the trial of six former Bosnian Croat leaders, charged with crimes during the Croat-Muslim conflict in Central Bosnia and Western Herzegovina.

The trial of General Dragomir Milošević, former VRS Sarajevo-Romanija Corps commander, charged with shelling of Sarajevo and sniper campaign against Sarajevo civilians continues with the prosecution case.

The sentencing hearing in the case of Dragan Zelenović is scheduled for Friday, 23 February. The former Foča police officer pleaded guilty to seven counts in the indictment charging him with rape and torture of Bosniak girls and women in Foča in 1992.
