The daily says that the inventory of Mišković’s assets is being made in case the prosecution requests temporary seizure.

According to Dana’s sources, the Organized Crime Prosecution has ordered the Serbian police (MUP) financial investigations unit to gather information about the Delta Holding owner’s property.

However, the Organized Crime Prosecution and the Interior Ministry neither confirmed nor denied the information.

If Mišković is indicted for abuses in road construction and maintenance companies, the Prosecution can request from the court to temporarily freeze assets of Mišković and his family.

Three witnesses in the probe against the Delta Holding owner were questioned on Friday.

Mišković’s attorney Zdenko Tomanović has in the meantime denied allegations that his client offered bail money so he would be released pending trial.
