The Organized Crime Prosecution has expanded criminal charges against former Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Oliver Dulić and his associates.

BELGRADE The Organized Crime Prosecution has expanded criminal charges against former Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Oliver Dulic and his associates. The additional charges refer to documents that show that Dulic allowed Nuba Invest Owner Rasto Tomazic to illegally obtain financial gain worth several millions of dinars through abuse of office. Prosecution expands charges against former minister The Organized Crime Prosecution filed a draft indictment against the former minister, former Environment and Spatial Planning Assistant Minister Nebojsa Janjic and Roads of Serbia public company Director Zoran Drobnjak on October 12. Dulic is suspected of abuse of office during issuing of permits for mounting of optical cables along roads across Serbia. If found guilty, Dulic, Janjic and Drobnjak can be sentenced to up to five years in prison. The Organized Crime Prosecution seized three passports from Dulic – a Serbian, a Croatian and a diplomatic passport in order to ensure that he would not flee the country during the proceedings. Prosecution expands charges against former minister

The Organized Crime Prosecution filed a draft indictment against the former minister, former Environment and Spatial Planning Assistant Minister Nebojša Janjić and Roads of Serbia public company Director Zoran Drobnjak on October 12.

Dulić is suspected of abuse of office during issuing of permits for mounting of optical cables along roads across Serbia.

If found guilty, Dulić, Janjić and Drobnjak can be sentenced to up to five years in prison.

The Organized Crime Prosecution seized three passports from Dulić – a Serbian, a Croatian and a diplomatic passport in order to ensure that he would not flee the country during the proceedings.
