The house was used by a group of Serbian and Montenegrin citizens.
The raid in Argentina came as part of a joint operation of the Serbian, U.S. and South American security agencies, the Serbian National Security Council announced on Thursday.
The Argentine police issued arrest warrants for five Serbian and Montenegrin citizens: Nenad Novaković, Draško Vuković, Boris Laban, Marko Pandrc and Igor Stjepović, who have been in South America for a number of months.
The cocaine was found in a specially designed secret basement, reports said.
The same criminal group is suspected of transporting 2.2 tons of cocaine that were found on October 15 in Uruguay.
In Belgrade, Serbian President Boris Tadić welcomed the news and praised the work of Serbia's security services and police (MUP) involved in the operation.
