An explosive device was thrown in the car park of the Mercator shopping center in New Belgrade this morning. There was also a bogus bomb threat at the Mercator Center in Cacak. We would like to remind all Slovenian nationals that they can seek help from their nearest Slovenian embassy at times like this. Slovenia and Serbia have a traditional friendship.
