FM reiterates that Serbia faces "new conditions"

The additional conditions set before Serbia, that are not mentioned in the agreement, are presented by some EU member-states, he added.

"Many who have tried to refute me these days do not have full knowledge of the negotiating process," Dacic said, while addressing reporters after his meeting in Belgrade with Bosnia's Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak.

Dacic said that he and Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic told EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini during her recent visit to Belgrade that "it needs to be specified what Serbia has not done when it comes to the Brussels agreement."

"The points related to a community of Serb municipalities have not been fulfilled, and it would be in favor of Serbia it they were. We, too, are complaining that this has not been implemented," explained Dacic.

According to him, when asked what has not yet been been implemented through Serbia's fault, the EU Delegation said, "Nothing."

Dacic then pointed out that 11 additional points adopted by the German parliament have appeared, the fulfillment of which is a condition for Germany to approve the opening of some chapters.

Among these 11 points is the question of the bridge and Peace Park in Kosovska Mitrovica, "which has has nothing to do with the Brussels agreement," Dacic said.

"Then, how do you mean there are no new conditions? Then let it be said that this is a new condition," he said, adding that "this is nothing new, this has been the practice all these years."

"But this practice Serbia no longer accepts. We play with open cards. We carried out all our obligations and do not allow anyone to play with us," said Dacic.

He noted that there had been "no such moving targets situations" with Mogherini's predecessor, Catherine Ashton.

"She said: Do this and you will get the opening of negotiations. And that's what happened," concluded Dacic.
