STRASBOURG The European Parliament (EP) adopted on Thursday a report from rapporteur Jelko Kacin on Serbia's progress in EU integration. The draft was adopted by 528 votes in favor, 43 against and 51 abstained. European Parliament adopts resolution on Serbia The non-binding resolution supports the start of Serbia's EU membership talks, sees it as "a historic step forward for the process of Serbia's EU integration," and proof that the EU is dedicated further enlargement.
