  3. I was absolutely horrified by these acts and by the audacity of these terrible savages to target innocent civilians in such a brutal way.

    My sincerest condolence to the families of all those who lost their lives in these recent horrific tragedies! May the victims rest in peace.

    I only hope that Putin's silence means that he is currently planning a way to end what he started back in 1999. If he managed to take down Basayev, Dudaev and Ibn al-Khattab, then this means Doku Umarov must follow in their footsteps on the way to hell for their sins. If these terrorists want a Third Chechen War, then Putin must give it to them like never before. This terrorism cannot carry on!
