BELGRADE The decision of the General Affairs Council of the Council of the European Union to launch Serbia's EU accession talks in January is "great news for Serbia." It offers a chance for the country to finally focus on systemic reforms, Vice President of the opposition Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Ivan Andric said.
