BELGRADE B92 Fund and Saatchi & Saatchi agency's "One Photograph in the Worst Year of Life" video and viral campaign has won another recognition. This time, the campaign, aimed at raising awareness about domestic violence, received two Epica awards. B92 Fund's anti-violence campaign wins Epica awards The campaign was evaluated as the most successful viral campaign in the region. The video was made jointly by Saatchi & Saatchi Belgrade, the B92 Fund, Direct Media PR, and ipyro, and only a week after it was posted online, reached 3 million views. The campaign has launched a big debate on domestic violence that quickly stepped outside local boundaries, bringing the problem of victims to the focus of the international public. This resulted in the setting up of two new safe houses in Serbia, while the video gained the reputation of the most successful viral video in the region. The Epica Awards have been given for 27 years. Since 2012, Epica has been a global festival, which this year involved 540 agencies from 67 countries. The B92 Fund campaign was awarded the silver medal in the category Public Interest, and bronze in the category Online Film. Another campaign that highlights the same issue, "16 Days of Activism," is underway. It began on November 25, on International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
