BELGRADE Aleksandar Vulin conferred with Chief of the EULEX Mission Bernd Borhart concerning the situation in Kosovo during and after the recently held local elections. Vulin is the Serbian minister without portfolio in charge of the province. PM, minister meet with EULEX chief According to a release issued by the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija, the officials underscored mutual satisfaction with the communication between the representatives of the Serbian government and the EULEX Mission. Vulin "clearly voiced Serbia's stand and expectations in terms of continued unreduced presence of international missions in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija." The minister is expected to address the employees of the health center in Kosovska Mitrovica in the afternoon, and attend celebrations of the patron saint of the medical profession. He will then visit a soup kitchen in the town and hand over food for the socially endangered residents. In the evening, Vulin will attend a concert in Kosovska Mitrovica's Sumadija Square, the office announced. Repeated voting will be held in the town on Sunday at three polling stations. Dacic underscored that Serbia is committed to the dialogue with Pristina and implementation of the Brussels agreement. EULEX is expected to have a direct, executive role in implementing the Brussels agreement, with the respect of the principles of status neutrality, the Serbian prime minister said.
