BRUSSELS The EU Election Observation Mission will file the preliminary report on the local elections in Kosovo on Tuesday. This is according to a release issued by Maja Kocijancic, a spokesperson of the High EU Representative for Foreign Affairs and security Policy Catherine Ashton. EU mission: Report on elections on Tuesday "We followed the course of elections in Kosovo closely and we are concerned over the violent incidents in northern (Kosovska) Mitrovica which interrupted the peaceful atmosphere in the elections," the statement said. The EU Election Observation Mission will file the preliminary report at a press conference on November 5, she announced. Masked individuals demolished several polling stations in northern Kosovo on Sunday and a number of attempts were also reported in which the voters were discouraged from voting.
