PRISTINA Tomislav Nikolic should travel to Gracanica this week "and be the first Serbian official to go to Kosovo after the agreement reached by Dacic and Thaci." FoNet and Blic are quoting the Albanian language daily Tribuna, published in Pristina, which said that officials "close to the participants of the dialogue in Brussels" said that the decision to ban Serbian officials from traveling to Kosovo was "unreasonable" as they were at the same time expected to encourage Serbs to take part in the elections. Ivica Dačić should travel to Kosovo next week to visit two returnee villages, in southern and northern parts of Kosovo.

According to this report, Priština and the EU have said that they had received guarantees from Dačić that he would not campaign in favor of the united Serb list.

The newspaper also said that Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić should travel to Gračanica this week.
