BRUSSELS The meeting between Belgrade and Pristina working group teams discussing the implementation of the Brussels agreement resumes today. The talks on Tuesday ended without statements for the media. Technical dialogue resumes in Brussels On Tuesday, the Belgrade team experts were joined by presidential advisor Marko Djuric, implementation coordinator Aleksandar Vulin, and Minister of Justice and Public Administration Nikola Selakovic. The current round of talks is devoted to the issues of police, judiciary and preparations for the local elections that will be held in the Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo in October. One of the remaining issues is the amnesty that Pristina should declare before a community of Serb municipalities (ZSO) is formed. Monday's meeting between the working group teams, which was devoted to energy and communications, also ended without an agreement, although the Belgrade side, according to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic, showed a remarkably constructive and flexible approach. The Pristina delegation, led by Edita Tahiri, strongly opposes the ideas of letting Serbian mobile operators work in the Kosovo north and of introducing a special electricity provider for the ZSO. There is also a dispute concerning the international calling code for Kosovo as Pristina does not want Serbia to apply for one on its behalf, but wants to get one independently or through Albania. Any unsolved items will be included on the agenda of the next meeting between Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci facilitated by EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton. Tanjug has learned that the meeting between the prime ministers, scheduled for June 20, will be held as a working dinner, as Ashton will be back from her Middle East tour on Thursday evening. Tanjug
