BELGRADE Serbia is not in danger of bankruptcy in 2013, Lazar Sestovic, World Bank (WB) expert for Serbia, stated on Tuesday. He added that this year the country will achieve an economic growth of at least two percent. It will probably have higher GDP growth than two percent, he noted, but added that the WB prognoses are reserved since the eurozone is still in recession. Sestovic said that according to the WB prognoses for 2013 Serbia will have around one billion euros of direct foreign investments, adding that this figure may be even higher in case of privatization of the telecom company, Telekom Srbija, and other big state-owned enterprises.
