BELGRADE British and Dutch Ambassadors to Serbia Michael Davenport and Loren Stokvis have welcomed a deal on the implementation of the Brussels agreement. Serbian and Kosovo PMs Ivica Dacic and Hashim Thaci reached the agreement on Wednesday night in Brussels. Ambassadors hail agreement between Dacic, Thaci The two ambassadors assessed that this was “good and positive news”. The Serbian government will discuss the draft agreement and voice its opinion. “This is very good and positive news,” Davenport said on Thursday. He added that he had been informed that “significant progress” had been made regarding the implementation of the agreement that was initialed on April 19. “We of course now want to see the true implementation of this very important and historic agreement that was reached on April 19,” the British diplomat told reporters. “The agreement that was reached yesterday is extremely good news and I can only welcome it support it,” Stokvis stressed.
