CETINJE Filip Vujanovic was sworn in at a special session of the Montenegrin parliament in Cetinje on Monday, thus starting his third term as president of Montenegro. "Let us turn to one another. We are closest to one another.. We cannot differ on the good of Montenegro. That good must join us. Let us turn our differences into true wealth, in the name of a better present and even better future. I will dedicate my next term to these values," Vujanovic pledged in his address, Beta has reported. Though a parliamentary quorum for the swearing in ceremony was uncertain ahead of the session, an announcement was released stating that the quorum was "necessary for working, not ceremonial sessions." None of the parliamentary opposition, which is seeking the annulment of the presidential ballot, were present at the ceremony.
