SRS files charges against current, former state officials
The Serb Radical Party (SRS) has filed criminal charges against current and ex-officials for violation of the Constitution during negotiations with Priština.

BELGRADE The Serb Radical Party (SRS) has filed criminal charges against current and ex-officials for violation of the Constitution during negotiations with Pristina. The charges were filed against President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vucic, former President Boris Tadic and former Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic, SRS official Nemanja Sarovic told reporters. SRS files charges against current, former state officials “This is an organized criminal group that was working on achieving a criminal goal – creation of an independent state of Kosovo from 2011 until 2012,” he stressed. The SRS official added that everybody who was involved in the process would “be held accountable sooner or later”. “After the Constitutional Court of Serbia, we are now putting (Organized Crime Prosecutor) Miljko Radisavljevic to the test,“ he said and noted that there was no worse criminal act than that. “Our goal is to show that nobody who participated in the negotiations and reaching of the agreement in Brussels will be exempted from liability,” Sarovic concluded.
