BELGRADE Human error has been blamed for the collision of two trains last Thursday in a tunnel in Belgrade, that left 22 passengers with light injuries. Serbian Railways announced on Wednesday that the driver of one of the trains failed to observe rail traffic regulations, thus causing the accident.
