BELGRADE Serbia's First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vucic expects results of probes into 24 suspicious privatizations in the next several days. He added that the state was much more powerful than all pressures. Vucic expects results of corruption probes soon Vucic stressed that the state had been fair to all those under investigation and that otherwise it would have been accused of trying to cover up the situation in Kosovo, “I think the working group has already prepared everything and that there are already results that are ready for realization and I expect that to happen in the following days,” he told reporters on Sunday. The first deputy PM pointed out that the state was much more powerful than all pressures, such as everyday articles against him in certain dailies. “There has not been a single day in the last I don’t know how many days that the main article was not written against me. It does not matter if I go to Moscow or Washington, I am guilty of something,” he said. Vucic noted that no political party was behind the attacks on him but “individuals who have robbed the state”. He added that pressures were expected but that they did not represent a big issue.
