BELGRADE Ivica Dacic on Wednesday once again spoke about the Kosovo agreement reached in Brussels, to say that it would "certainly be implemented." There is no time for months of discussions about the deal, said the Serbian prime minister. Dacic: Agreement will certainly be implemented He was in Zemun, where his Socialists Party (SPS) launched its campaign for the local elections scheduled in this Belgrade municipality. Dacic told reporters that new meetings with representatives of Serbs from northern Kosovo should be dedicated to "how to improve something more through the implementation of the agreement." The Serb representatives are opposed to the agreement, and said on Tuesday they would take the issue to the Constitutional Court. "If there is a desire to go to the referendum it must be decided immediately. If there will be no referendum - and as far as I can see there won't be - I think it is not fair toward the whole Serbia because this is not only a question of northern Kosovo," Dacic was quoted as saying. On the other hand, he continued, the deadlines are already running out "because a plan was supposed to be drawn last Friday for the implementation of the agreement," and added: "These talks will continue next week but we have very little time. That's why our next meetings (with the Serb representatives) should not be dedicated to persuading each other but to how to improve something through the implementation of the agreement." Speaking earlier for the Belgrade-based Pink TV, Dacic said that his government decided to support the Brussels agreement and that it would be implemented. Bure baruta pred eksplozijom: Počinje veliki rat?

Bliski istok, zbog promene ravnoteže snaga i dubokih kriza, pre svega palestinsko-izraelske, može se smatrati buretom baruta i ima potencijal da dovede ne samo do regionalnog sukoba, već i do globalnog konflikta.
