First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vučić has said that it is not true that Serbia has recognized Kosovo’s independence by initialing an agreement with Priština.

BELGRADE First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vucic has said that it is not true that Serbia has recognized Kosovo’s independence by initialing an agreement with Pristina. “The negotiating team reached the best solution in protection of national and state interests. We have preserved the future for our children,” he stressed and added that Kosovo was a part of Serbia. He said that the top state officials “are not ashamed of anything” but that they would not try to say that something was better than it really was. The Serbian police (MUP) have consulted the Prosecution and will act in accordance with their recommendation regarding the case.
