BRUSSELS A spokesperson for EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said on Wednesday that "elements for reaching an agreement between Belgrade and Pristina are there." However, said Maja Kocijancic, Ashton is yet to decide whether she will schedule another round of the dialogue.
