The Gracanica Health Center said in a release that the Kosovo Medicines Agency has complicated the already harmonized procedure for the delivery of medicines. Doctors warn of lack of medicines in Serb enclaves Gracanica Health Center Director Rada Trajkovic earlier urged that the delivery of medicines to Serb enclaves in Kosovo be urgently allowed. She said two days ago that the Kosovo Medicines Agency had been preventing medical supplies from reaching health institutions south of the Ibar River, adding that patients’ lives were in danger. She stressed that the Kosovo health minister had approved the entrance of a donation from Belgrade four months ago. “However, the Kosovo Medicines Agency is obstructing the process of the medicines delivery even though Velefarm company always submits accompanying documents,” Trajkovic said and added that the health institutions in the enclaves were running out of necessary medicines.
