BELGRADE The Serb Radical Party (SRS) organized a rally dubbed “Ten years of Hague tyranny – ten years of Serbia’s downfall” on Sunday in Belgrade. The SRS organized the protest to mark ten years of SRS leader Vojislav Seselj incarceration. Serb Radical Party stages rally in Belgrade Seselj surrendered to the Hague Tribunal on February 23, 2003, soon after he was indicted. He still has not been sentenced. The Hague Tribunal Prosecution has changed the indictment five times so far. Seselj is charged with war crimes in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia and participation in a joint criminal enterprise. The SRS leader spent four years in custody before the trial began in Novemeber 2007. The trial has been suspended three times and the court charged him with contempt of court three times.
