"Some progress" achieved in Kosovo talks - PM

BELGRADE Serbia's Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said in Brussels on Wednesday, that an agreement concerning institutions in northern Kosovo had not been achieved. However, he told reporters, "that there has been certain progress and that Serbia put forth a proposal regarding an association of Serb municipalities."
