Minister: Jat Airlines to remain national carrier
Jat Airways will undergo a restructuring in the next four to six weeks but will remain Serbia's national airline, Transportation Minister Milutin Mrkonjić says.

BELGRADE Jat Airways will undergo a restructuring in the next four to six weeks but will remain Serbia's national airline, Transportation Minister Milutin Mrkonjic says. Jat will lease six new planes and be released from its debt, which will most likely be transferred to the state, Mrkonjic said at an event dedicated to the air traffic development strategy at the Air Traffic Services Agency at Belgrade Airport.
