BELGRADE Serbia’s First Deputy PM and Defense Minister Aleksandar Vucic will begin a two-day visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Saturday. During his visit to the UAE Vucic will meet Crown Prince and Head of State Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the first deputy prime minister's office has announced. Vucic will also attend the signing of a contract on mutual development and supply of ALAS missile systems between the UAE 's company Emirates Advanced Research and Technology and Serbia's Yugoimport SDPR and several other contracts from the domain of defense industry. During the working visit to the UAE, the deputy PM will also attend the opening of the International Defense Exhibition (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, and have a series of meetings with representatives of the development fund and other companies interested in investing in Serbia.
