Kosovo PM Hashim Thaci has said that the money going into the Fund will be a part of the Kosovo budget. The Fund will be managed by a three-member board that will consist of a Serb, Albanian and an international representative. The Serbian authorities have stated that no decision will be made without a consent of the Serb representative. “Decisions on capital investments and infrastructure will be made through consensus and if that is not possible, a vote of the international representative will be decisive,” Thaci said.
