“We are faced with an unconstructive stand of the EU which has usurped the investigation which is not making a significant progress,” Lavrov told a news conference on Wednesday and added that he believed the EU was slowly ending the investigation.
He added that Russia would back Belgrade's stand that the UN should get involved in the investigation.
“Serbia plans to bring up this issue before the UN Security Council so that the UN could get involved in the investigation and Russia will back such steps,” Lavrov concluded.
