BERLIN Serbia will not attend a meeting of agriculture ministers at the 78th International Green Week Fair in Berlin because Kosovo has announced its presence. "Since Germany will treat the Kosovo delegation as the Republic of Kosovo we will not participate in the meeting,” Serbian Agriculture Ministry’s State Secretary Danilo Golubovic told reporters in Berlin on Friday.
