Police have arrested Marko Kostić, 23, suspected of stabbing seven persons with a knife during New Year’s Eve celebration in downtown Belgrade, B92 has learnt.

BELGRADE Police have arrested Marko Kostic, 23, suspected of stabbing seven persons with a knife during New Year’s Eve celebration in downtown Belgrade, B92 has learnt. The suspect was arrested in his rented apartment in Belgrade. Police arrest attacker on New Year’s Eve revelers The attacker first stabbed Dejan V. and his friend Lazar I. He then stabbed another five people, including two Tunisians, a Slovenian and a citizen of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Some of the victims have been discharged from hospital while others are recovering in the Clinical Center of Serbia. B92
