SNS leader Aleksandar Vucic, Serbian parliament Speaker Nebojsa Stevanpvic, Ministers Zorana Mihajlovic and Nikola Selakovic, Novi Sad Mayor Milos Vucevic and president’s advisor Marko Djuric attended the meeting. SNS Presidency member Igor Mirovic said after the meeting that "relations in the coalition are above individuals" and that occasional problems "cannot be so important that the party's Presidency should deal with them". The session was called in order to “formulate a response to the attack of coalition partners”. Dinkic said that he would never hire Mirkovic, who was recently appointed assistant transport minister. Mirkovic on Friday responded in kind and said that he would never work for a ministry led by the “failed musician” and a person “who destroyed Serbia’s economy”. “We have never made moves to the detriment of the Serbian citizens. We will certainly not allow anyone to score political points at our expense. Leader Vucic will at a session on Saturday present his position regarding the case and recommend next moves,” Stefanovic told daily Vecernje novosti. Dinkic has in the meantime tried to calm things down, claiming that his personal stance “should not be taken to an inter-party level”. He stressed that he had good cooperation with President Tomislav Nikolic and First Deputy PM Aleksandar Vucic, just like the “URS and SNS have good cooperation”. Prime Minister Ivica Dacic also tried to ease the tensions by saying that he believed that this was Dinkic's personal opinion but stressed that public criticism of coalition partners was not acceptable in his government.
