NOVI SAD A Novi Sad man on Friday managed to catch up with a jewelry store robber and place him under citizen's arrest. The robber previously escaped with the goods he took from a jewelry store, but was chased by the man, who finally managed to catch up with him and bring him down to the ground, eyewitnesses said.
