BRUSSELS All non-excise goods up to 3.5 tons intended for northern Kosovo can enter Kosovo duty-free, says Belgrade team head in technical talks Dejan Pavicevic. He noted that this was agreed in Brussels with representatives of Pristina, adding that the agreement would come into effect on Thursday, December 20 at 8:00 CET. He reiterated that the solution was in accordance with Dacic and Thaci’s agreements and that goods intended for northern Kosovo would not undergo any customs procedure.
