BELGRADE The snow is falling again on Tuesday in southern and western parts of the country, as well as in Belgrade. The temperatures will not rise above zero degrees centigrade today, with forecast lows of -15. The snow is expected to subside on Wednesday morning. Villages on Pester Heights in southwest snowbound Meanwhile, 15 villages on the Pester Heights in southwestern Serbia have been cut off with snow drifts, while only the roads leading towards Tutin and Sjenica are still passable. The Tutin municipality coordinator Samir Bakic said that work was being done to clear the roads leading toward the villages as soon as possible. Meanwhile, 15 villages on the Pešter Heights in southwestern Serbia have been cut off with snow drifts, while only the roads leading towards Tutin and Sjenica are still passable.

The Tutin municipality coordinator Samir Bakić said that work was being done to clear the roads leading toward the villages as soon as possible.

In Niš, southern Serbia, residents of the central parts of the town have been left without heating, but this is expected to be repaired during the afternoon.
