BELGRADE Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vucic started his three-day visit to Canada on Friday, where he will attend the Fourth Halifax International Security Forum. He will meet with Canadian Defense Minister Peter MacKay, German Parliamentary State Secretary of Defense Christian Schmidt, British Defense Minister Philip Hammond and other representatives of the international security sector on the sidelines of the forum.
